The same: up to $680†, with at least $52† elected for 2027. Leftover 2026 health care FSA money can roll into a 2027 Limited Purpose FSA.
On the Healthy Savings Plan, the Limited Purpose FSA helps if you put the most allowed into your HSA, or will have health care FSA money left at the end of 2026.
