What the program offers
Hinge Health supports back and joint pain, injury recovery, surgery preparation and movement. A treatment plan can include a physical therapist, health coach, personal physical therapy sessions as needed, and wearable sensors with in-app form feedback.
Cost and eligibility
Company health-plan enrollment is required. The program is provided by the health plan at no additional cost according to the book. Individual program eligibility must still be confirmed.
