What is included
Medical and prescription coverage share one deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. The plan uses the Blue Cross Blue Shield network. Covered in-network preventive care is paid at 100%. An HSA and LPFSA are available, subject to their eligibility rules.
Who can be covered
You and eligible dependents, including eligible children up to age 26. Dependent documentation must be received and approved before coverage is sent to the carriers.
What the ceiling does not include
Your contributions, balance-billed charges and care the plan does not cover are not included in the out-of-pocket maximum. Out-of-network care may cost more.
Choose and use coverage
- 1
Compare both medical plans and your own enrollment rates.
- 2
In Oracle, open Benefits and select Make Changes.
- 3
Verify dependents. One BCBS card covers medical and prescriptions; verified dependents receive their own cards.
- 4
After your card arrives, register on the BCBS portal to find providers and view claims.
Next step
Compare the deductible and weekly contribution before choosing your medical plan.
