What the service covers
Physicians and psychologists can diagnose issues and provide a treatment plan over video. The book lists colds, flu, stomach issues, allergies, sore throat, travel illness, skin and eye issues, pediatric issues, UTIs, yeast infections and some prescription refills.
Cost and eligibility wording
Book page 34 says the service is free to all team members and dependents and says to enter a BCBS number to obtain the discount. Book page 11 instead shows a relative “$” cost indicator and supplies no price.

Important limits
A video visit does not replace an annual in-person primary-care visit. Physicians do not prescribe controlled substances and may decline other treatment or medications based on clinical appropriateness. The book specifies a front-facing camera on a tablet or smartphone.
Before you decide
The free-to-all wording and BCBS-number instruction are not reconciled in the book. The relative cost table differs. Confirm access and charges rather than assuming.
